Thank you for shopping at Solar Safety Cameras! We are committed to delivering your Outdoor Security Camera with efficiency and care.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all states within the United States. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Solar Safety Cameras is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please note that these shipments are exclusively handled by USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages) at support@solarsafetycameras.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location. We apologize for any inconvenience.
