Refund Policy

At Solar Safety Cameras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your Outdoor Security Camera, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@solarsafetycameras.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send your item back without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused or result in significant delays in processing your refund.
3. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear and tear.
- Items not in their original packaging or missing original accessories.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
- Digital products or services.
- For hygiene reasons, any products that come into direct contact with the body and have been opened or used.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@solarsafetycameras.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs. We may provide a pre-paid return label for damaged/defective items.
7. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@solarsafetycameras.com. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund (following the standard return process) and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
